When I contacted Select today, they said they did not receive my signed release, so I emailed it to them to 2 different email addresses. I received an email stating my paperwork had been received and it would be 30 days. I responded with why I had to wait another 30 days and the response was they had not received my paperwork. Really?Having been a homeowner for 30 years, this is the worse experienced I have had with a warranty company. Still waiting for an appointmentSo I submitted the claim through the internet. Got a call from Select the next business day asking make and model of the oven. It was on the original online request but I gave it to them again. Request assigned the 13th, I called them the 17th because I had not received a call or email from anyone. Gave me the name of their tech so I could call him. VM full and no name or business listed on the VM. I called Select again and got a rude man who told me he had spoken to this tech an hour ago and he was legit and I should just wait for him to call me. Just to get a few small leaks repairs has taken over two months and one of them is still not fixed.
